Life is happening faster.
Huge shifts are the norm.

We're all demanding more quality, transparency, innovation, well-being, and fun. For less time, energy, and money.

Old systems are shattering and new ones have yet to be created.

We have to change the game. Create with passion. Take a Leap!

We owe it to the future.

What We Do

Acceleration Summits

Acceleration Summits

We imagine the biggest future possible

New ideas, new connections and most of all, new possibilities rev us up! We apply our intellectual energy and unique strategic approach to help hungry teams define a truly meaningful vision and together create transformative roadmaps and strategies.

We invest significant time learning about the organization, the team and the (real) task. And with a Design Thinking background we custom design each event – before, during and after – to accelerate the biggest change possible.

To create this level of velocity, all details are carefully (ok, somewhat OCD-ish)

considered, because we know every moment of connection presents an opening to shift expectations and beliefs. Yes, the content is critical. But so are the venue, attendee expectations, the assignments we design, the look of the agenda itself, the tone, the invitation and even the chairs!

And because we have them at the ready, we often invite “provocateurs” from our extensive PYNK network – experts and thought leaders eager to share their expertise and ideas.

Building on our success designing and producing TEDx experiences and leadership events of all sizes, we have become especially good at creating

events for those ready to play big via:

> Lead Team Strategic Acceleration Summits
> Private Trend/Insight Conferences
> Product/Service Innovation Off-Sites

TESTIMONIAL

"Nancy has the unique ability to turn a room full of strangers into friends... The event was such a success that PBS has decided to make this one-time workshop an annual gathering... There is no one I trust more."
